I'm quite happy that the micro-stakes tables are working now.  Whenever I show up to do a freeroll, I almost always sit down at the small ring table and see if anyone will join me.  I'd say about half the time someone comes along.  The only issue so far is that I've never gotten more than 3 people before someone runs out of money and the game falls apart.

Next time you guys are at the freeroll, buy into the micro stakes 0.01/0.02 for 1 or 2 chips and multitable.  It's good for the site and it's fun for us and if we can get a critical mass then we'll have a great place to play poker around the clock!

How if you add higher buy-in GTD Tourney with higher prize?
Lets say 100-200mbtc GTD with 5-10mbtc buy-in.

100% Correct If new sites don't have freerolls, why do players play in new sites? There are 2 biggest btc poker sites: betcoin and swcpoker, players can play there.

People play here because they have freerolls, when they see ring and gtd, they may also join them.

It seems that meren doesn't know how promotion and marketing is going, how to attract new players. If new poker site doesn't set freerolls, I am 100% sure it will be dead(no traffic and players) in a few days.

Perhaps heads up SNG could run but it's not something I personally play.

Yes, filling S&Gs is the hardest part. Bu that being said, it wouldn't be a bad idea to create at least one heads-up and one 6-players S&G with low buy-in of around 1 chip. These will have a higher chance of happening than the ones with high buy-ins.

We have thought about doing this but it can easily be abused by players that use proxies to create multiple accounts.

At this time we will not be implementing a "sign up" bonus.

You can actually counter this by making special rules on it like the requirement of rake before it can be withdraw, although this can be abused as well, but you as the admin of the site can noticed some weird activities while user are playing on the ring games, so the chance to highly abuse this is low.

I have several options if you are interested :
1. Rakeback to any players who play in the ring games.
2. Loyalty bonus for your most active players (freeroll excluded ) you can make it weekly/bi-weekly or monthly.
3. Free entry in GTD Tourney. Example : players who already joined GTD Tourney 5x-10x get 1 free entry to the next GTD Tourney
