Is it possible to mining BTCitcoin without any capital/asset?
If you can "borrow" your mate's computer to mine altcoin and then trade it into bitcoin, then yes, it's possible.  Grin

Day's of mining with CPU and GPU are really over.  In most cases it cost's more in electricity.

You really need to look into asics.  But it will take cash, you can't do it with no assets.  You could also buy direct but again takes money

aren't the mining days over for most of the people at home. even if you buy asics then the question will be : how long will it take before i break even, if ever.

Well that depends on a lot of factors.. Price for electricity, using the miners for heating if you live in a cold climate. If you are a believer in that the BTC price will increase in the future.

for example here in europe it is impossible to do home mining as prices of everything are way too high. investing directly in btc seems a better option.
Lets just say that mining without proper equipment and hardware is impossible. Mining anything without investing money is unreal. And even if you have some spare cash to invest it is probably waste of time and money as we are the time and age of full specialized mining farms rather that individual miners so unless you have like $100k to spend for hardware and setup mining is out of the question.

wouldn't it be a better option to invest or buy yourself a certain percentage of an established pool rather than buying hardware with $100k i think it will make you roi considerably faster.

I don't think were talking about setting up a pool.  More like a data center.  And depending on price yes chances are better off to go to a existing data center with your equipment when talking about 100k.

To go big scale is not cheap if done right.  You could do it on the cheap side I have seen it done, but your better off going to a established data center.  With a much smaller number you could mine at home if cheap electricity, but 100 k worth of miners is a heck of a lot.

Mining for free? That would be nice but I guess not.

It s possible to start slow, referral campaigns, signature campaigns, faucets, all this can generate some money to start but this would be a very difficulty way to start.

Signature campaigns is best option.  Espicallly if member or higher rank.

As far as mining for free it is not going to happen.  Ether buying miner or paying rental (higher priced) for hash.  Also if you look into cloud it is very risky.

So yes you can get a little BTC for things you can do but no you won't be running a ton of hash for free.

No... You need a computer, a mining software and electricity... those are all assets.

You cant mine on your PC anymore. Actually you can mine some small CPU coins but this is useless. Mining requires a lot of money and funding recently.
Start with sig campaign as someone suggested and work your way up.

Also, I would be differentiating into PoS coins.

well not really, you can mine with a raspberry pi, instead of keep on your desktop, less electricity wasted with the first

and mining software is free btw

Even if you are using a Raspberry Pi 2, it will be a very small amount of coins made.   I think gpu/cpu days are sadly over.  Yes you could do it with a Raspberry Pi but it will not bring in a lot.  And I would be surprised if you could pay for the Raspberry Pi from mining in a timely fashion.

CPUs only do like mh/s even block eruptors are a better payout since they are low watts, high hash compared to CPU/GPU.

CPUs and GPUs are only good for algorithms that don't have any ASICs yet.

You are better off using a block erupter then pushing your CPU/GPU at this point.  2 block erupters are getting same speeds as GPU that is btc mining.

So they are a good option if you want to learn and not spend a lot of money.

without capital, nothing can happen lol.

but a better approach to getting capital is what you seek for, such as crowdsource or other ways to get funding like those people do with VC`s.

not enterely true, there was a ponzi called cointellect that was basically giving away free money, and you need only one gpu(bought for gamining) to start earning a tons with them

so it's possible without assets, but unlikely...

The problem though is in almost all cases you will pay more in electricity then a GPU makes.

I parted out most of my GPU rigs and sold them.  I got more off parts then they ever would have mined at that point. Were talking over a year ago, before first block erupters.  GPU is a dying form of mining.

not in that ponzi, i was making 0.6-0.8 a day or even more at the end , using renting services

was like free money really  Grin
