 -algo=groestl -daemon
for solo mining/ right click properties
in Target add:  -algo=groestl -daemon
Apply then double click shortcut
setgenerate true also

*Use sgminer myriadcoin-groestl Kernel for gpu mining

 *sha256
-server -algo=sha256 -daemon

The default algo when not specified is sha256

This release comes as a hardfork to add Groestl to mining .
Sha256 runs as default mining

Yes this is fine. Disregard the warning, a few more pools are to update . If you are on/using https://github.com/AnarchistsPrime/Acp2/releases/download/2.2/Acp2.2-qt.zip  (Acp2.2-qt) it is ok.

I have received a few emails and comments online regarding solo mining and a how to guide



Create an ACP shortcut
Right click the ACP icon and then click, "create shortcut"

Once you have your short cut

Edit how the client starts
Right click the shortcut you just made,  click properties

You will see the word "Target type and also "target location: Acp2.2-qt
There will be underneath that Target:

Start your wallet
Close it and reopen if you have it already open


Go to AnarchistsPrime folder in your computer

Right click edit, Or make a config file called AnarchistsPrime.conf "Make new text document" , Name it

Make sure your rpcuser is same as your mining software -u (you can generate a new ACP address and use it as your username for example)

I'm having a terrible time trying to get set up to solo mine with my SHA-256 miner.

First I downloaded and set up the anarchists prime qt client and it says at the bottom: Warning this version is obsolete, update required!  Is this error real? I used the latest version from the anarchistsprime.info page.
Then I can't figure out how to mine using any miner without using a pool.  I followed the instructions for launching the qt-client as a server running SHA-256.  I tried many/all the suggestions above.

I'm starting to lose hope.  Anyone got any ideas?

Warning this version is obsolete, update required!  (This is fine) The warning will go away, as we are all mining and signaling a version which has implemented groestl mining the network (as bitcoin does) has notified the network.

have you tried; AnarchistsPrime-qt.exe -algo=sha256 -daemon        
with your username as one of your addresses & this in your AnarchistsPrime.conf ;

Hi ACP can you check this transaction please. I transferred 64k Acp from C-cex to my desktop wallet on 26/08/2017, closed my wallet after getting 3 confirmations.
2-3 days back I check my wallet and found that the coins are showing as unconfirmed.
