I follow already proven managers of companies bounty such as Amazix and Tokensuit. They always have a good bounty, but the only thing that should be noted is that the Tokensuit have quite often found fraudulent ICOS.

Find out about their community (East or Little), their team (real or fake), practical application.
If community east real team, they have a team who have known in the Crypto you be confident that as their bounty.

Well, this forum has a whole section dedicated to bounty campaigns, you can find alot of variety in there and the moderators make a good job at regulating them, not saying that all the projects are good and legit but, you can definitely start from there, airdrops on this forum are a bit less common and you can definitely find a project with a currency bounty and airdrop campaign.
