transaction to armory wallet before bitcoin qt is synced?

So...
i installed armory and made a wallet before the bitcoinqt was fully synced.
Sent some BTC to one of the adresses but they didnt show up in the wallet yet the transaction got confirmed on the blockchain.
Will they show up in the wallet when the bitcoinqt is syncronised or did i sent them to earlie?

If you've not already done it, encrypt and backup the wallet (paper backup if you can). It'll be fine once bitcoin core is synced. But do backup, bad luck has a habit of striking when you don't take care. Your luck will be perfect, of course, every time you remember to be super careful
