So there's a market for reddit accounts now? Given that the age of the account in Reddit is the most significant I'd say 0.2 BTC. Might sound too little but I don't think there's big demand for reddit accounts atm.

Shoot I don't care if you stick all that karma in a cannon and fire it into the sun. If anyone could use a 2-year old account with over a quarter million combined karma, for whatever reason, I am selling one.

Accounts with more karma/stats don't carry more weight in conversations or gain more upvotes from posts. Not sure why people are willing to pay for them.

I guess the Reddit Gold is of value but otherwise what's the point?

You're right, they don't but older accounts with karma do carry a certain reputation with them and their comments are taken a bit more seriously than say a newer account with few posts here and there and little karma.
