You don't NEED to verify to trade such a low amount, I'll advice cryptsy or Bittrex, no verifiying neccesary

You need ti get verified on cryptsy in order to trade with usd and im guessing op wants to buy DASH with usd

But to be fair the OP has a point, he asked to buy from one of you, not be told the obvious and that he could buy from an exchange.
