Hello all,
I am currently working on a faucet rotator. I wanted to start a small discussion of what your needs are to develop something rather useful and not just another ad money grab. So please feel free to participate in the discussion. Thanks

I've scaled back my faucet use, but if you could avoid the faucets with the pop-ups and the redirects, that would be a good thing.

My guess is that the most annoying thing for faucet addicts is everybody telling them that they are wasting their time, though probably more annoying than that is when they realize that they actually have wasted their time.

This. I've used quite some faucets back in '13, before I even registered here. That time was definitely wasted. If I were to pick out the most annoying thing it would be having to register somewhere. I hate that. I'm trying to delete accounts from various places (some without luck).

I like using the faucets, but most of the rotators include only sites that someone else uses, I can't chose my faucets. And it's hard to know when a faycet is ready to be used again. I hate the popups, aome of them have nasty ads that freeze my browser, so I have to restart it. This sounds great!

I would say anything that breaks their flow, like Pop-ups, Ad-blocker warning, Impossible Captchas. These are the things that annoyed me when I use to do the faucets, I just wanted to type the captcha and the address as quickly as I could and move on to the next one and things mentioned above were really annoying.
It's best if you ask the visitors to disable their ad-blockers prior to start hitting faucets. GL

A limit on withdrawals to once a week, or limiting withdrawals to above a certain amount that takes a week to earn annoys me

A Faucet that tells you how much you earn in every payout on the front page, tells you how much you earn in every payout in the FAQs, and then when you use it you earn less.
Wow how angry this makes me.

funny, i am also prototyping a faucet "manager" with few easy functions, nothing super complicated what pushes me to create such a tool is a simple concept: few satoshi in western world are not even worth a candy but in other places of the world you might manage to buy a bread or a snack for school (there was some article about it some time ago that inspired me, i cannot find it back, some kids managed to earn almost half of the regular pay of their parents with faucets). so if some bangladesh kids have a tool to optimize their revenue i would be happy and i guess they too

I got another one. A faucet that is out of Satoshis, but they haven't placed this information in a prominent enough spot to stop you from taking the time of filling out a captcha. Ooooooh gets me steamed!

I have not played faucet again, I have been very annoyed at having to open multiple tabs, make me tired, and ruin my laptop.

Faucets that are empty and not state it makes the waste of time even more wastefull.
Captcha's that take you more than 2 seconds to enter or make you wait.
Not working on mobile, or work very poorly on mobile.

This, the most painful moment for any peasant is when they realize their latest pathway to riches is yet again a false hope.

The most annoying thing in faucets is the dust they're paying and the fact that you will never earn anything from them. I can think of better ways of spending my time than going from site to site in hope of getting a few satoshi, that I can use to buy a pack of chewing gum at most.
What about a web hosting when you reach $1? What if you can get one dollar with rapid faucets visit throught a certain platform?

Well, I would say... a small popup, when the waiting time expired will be better... than having to have multiple tabs open in your browser. The signups are also a pain in the grass... Why not just use the Bitcoin address for all signups... The mining of email addresses is a waste of time, because most people use "throw away" addresses anyways.
