i agree with you. For example amber coin have giveaway but did this:

FAUCET

Total volume of this faucet is 10,000 AMBER.

You can get some of them as a  BOUNTY FOR SIGNATURE.

Rules are following:
 - every signature must be added for at least 2 weeks;
 - all rewards should be claimed via sending the pm with your AMBERCOIN wallet to 'ambercoindev';
 - do not post a message in a thread that you have added a signature or recieved your bounty.
   Such a messages will be deleted according to the forum rules;
 - bounty will be paid to you within 48 hours;

REWARDS:

1. NEWBIE -              5 AMBER
2. JR. MEMBER -       10 AMBER
3. MEMBER -            20 AMBER
4. FULL MEMBER -    40 AMBER
5. SR. MEMBER -      80 AMBER
