I believe that faucets experienced their heyday in the past.
People flocked to them when Bitcoin was is its infancy.
Now that Bitcoin is so well established, nobody is offering anything worthwhile anymore via faucets.

To get what this guy is selling it wouldn't be hard, just tedious. You'd just have to get all the faucets yourself where this guy is selling a lot of them as a package.

Sorry, that should have been wouldnt be hard to do it your self. There are active directories already loaded with links. Could spend an hour of your own time and potentially get more than 500 links.

The OP already stated the rotator is open source and that he is selling the directories pre loaded into the script. He is not selling open source software, he is selling his time. So there is no scam here.
