I saw this on a YouTube video where you can pay .05 bitcoin and somehow get your CDL. Has anyone used this before? Is it legit? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Dude, no. It's not legal in any sense of the word and it won't turn out well for you if you participate in whatever this is. The only way this would work in the short term is to get a DOT worker to somehow finagle your way into the state's system to get your license and subsequently get hired by a trucking company. The other thing is, most trucking companies that are hiring are looking to hire those with at least a year's worth of experience which you'd have to fudge and won't turn out well for ya. Lastly, it'll be obvious you don't know what you're doing unless you know how to navigate a large manual system while reversing to bay areas and all that. All around fail, dude.
