the Twitter , domain , forum name you wanted is already taken , what do you do?

 I have this one name , I can snatch the domain it looks cheap someone is auctioning it , I also might get the bitcointalk name since people sell their accounts. But I like outlook as email and its already taken and twitter handle is already taken too. What would you suggest?

I suggest finding another name that isn't taken.  Much cheaper.

Would probably just find an alternate for the ones that are already taken or a suffix/prefix to add to them. That or try to come up with a more unique name that wasn't already taken.

 It is actually pretty unique because the website is going for a cheap amount of money and not that many people interested in it . The only twitter user with it unfortunately has abandoned twitter and no hope for me to get it now . So it is not actually that widespread , actually if you tell the name to people , many won't know what it means. It is in latin and could be relevant to bitcoin A LOT .

If it is a matter of just wanting the name (and only if the names matter that much) than contact them and negotiate a price.  Might get them cheap if the people are amiable enough but you won't know until you communicate.

If you are looking to resell then I agree with the above posters.  Finding another name is the better bet.  Sometimes the internet is not worth the hassle (though it is, generally...what am I saying?)...

There are some ways to claim a Twitter name if the account is not used updated for a long time.
