Candid Camera joke with Bitcoin ;-?

Candid Camera are back on TV with a brand new series. In Season 1 on the 2cnd episode they catch people with a prank linked to Bitcoin.

The merchant give change to customers with a single physical coin and have them clueless on what to do with it.

Most people says "Yes, I have heard about Bitcoin, but I do not know how it works" ..... We can make different conclusions on what this type of exposure to "Bitcoin" would create.

1. The viewer might think... Bitcoin is a physical coin.
2. Bitcoin is fake / joke / Monopoly money
3. They might think... Well, I also know very little about Bitcoin... let me find out more.
4. In one segment the lady says.... "Who accepts this Bitcoin?" and the response... "We are the only shop so far" ...

This show is US based, and I was amazed that so many people know nothing about Bitcoin..... Are we doing enough to educate people about Bitcoin?

I still remember watching this show as a child... for some reason I thought it was funnier then. 

Non-scripted shows like this is always funnier.... For Bitcoin to be featured on a show like this, is still a big thing for the older people, because it was HUGE back in the days.

as for your question, the answer is no, it's not enough. there's a lot of people outside U.S. that doesn't know a thing about bitcoin. I think an international bitcoin day might help us with this.

Im not really into this candid camera thing, and im sure there are many others aswell, so if ure watching this show, u may want to skip to 14:30 where bitcoin
part begins. Its a pretty dumb representation of bitcoin, i know its a show, but its making bitcoin look like a scam, so i doubt that "any press is a good press" applies here

Watched the show, bitcoin part is no even funny, but it's nice seeing it being used in such a 'normal' TV show...
