The best way is posting some files to forums, get money as webmaster 5$ for 1000 Downloads, and some as advertiser on CN.
We need a webmaster who can grow our site in CN, with QQ, email, etc. So who can find and support people from China.
Payment is unlimited, company can work with us like b2b too.

Also, I noticed a SERIOUS translation error on your site (again this was just my first pass ... and it seemed glaring): that big button in the center of the page has a beginning string value set to "Upload" but when I switch to Chinese it says "下载" this means download in Chinese.  The Chinese characters that SHOULD have been there are "上传” ... the chinese here does NOT translate directly.  In Chinese you use the "传" which means roughly to send or pass on.  I'm not sure if that was intentional, however it immediately jumped out at me.
