I am afraid that is not really any market for prepaid cards from Poland. People are just not buying this type of things, your best bet would be just visit official PKO site and order this card:

PEKAO BANK informed their customers on their homepage, that they have stopped issuing the debit cards....since 06.08.2015

Since Mbank/Bre Bank is a scammer, Zachodni WBK is blocking all bitcoin related cards and Pekao ended its cards, the polish cards seem finished... unless there are other polish banks that have these cards...
