Good to hear your trying to get it working, its not to FUBAR if the pools wallets and exchange wallets are synced, could the problem be linked to just the windows wallets?

im just turning off my wallet, but i think this thing occurred when the first pos block was created, it paid out all interests on each block transaction deposited into wallet, rather than put them together and send out in just 1 payment, hope you get it fixed soon, im sure you will.

A little closer. I have sync'd my wallet and successfully transferred some funds. Let me test some incoming and I'll share what I did.
I suspect we had a chain fork. There is a solo miner out there. It messed up staking badly.

Gimme a sec...

OK bad new is this fix shuts off staking. But at least wallet will work while I continue to figure it out

%appdata%/trickycoin
Remove all except your conf and wallet.dat
If you remove your wallet.dat all your coins are lost. SO BACK IT UP FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Change conf to this

rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcuser=youruser
rpcpassword=yourpass
addnode=5.231.235.32
addnode=trick.coin-miners.info
addnode=https://trick.minerpools.com:
addnode=http://rapture1.cloudapp.net:8080/
addnode=http://hashgoal.com/pool/TRIC/
addnode=node.coin-miners.com
addnode=node.trickycoin.com
rpcport=13413
port=13414
reservebalance=1000000
dns=1
dnsseed=1
listen=1

of course you can play with those settings. The reservebalance part stops staking

I am receiving my mined coins from pool now and I can transfer both directions

More to follow......I apologize guys.

UPDATE. I did the following and allowed peers.dat to fully update. Wait about 5 mins
Then i REMOVED reservebalance=1000000 and restarted wallet

I AM NOW STAKING AND HAVE 2 CONNECTIONS AND AM STILL RECEIVING COINS ( I DID NOT LOSE MY WEIGHT)
WE WONT SEE NETWORK WEIGHT FOR A WHILE BUT I THINK WE ARE CLOSER

SOMEONE ELSE TRY THIS PLEASE

Now lets mint!

A few people have mentioned they cannot get their wallet to sync to the network.
This is because you need to create a trickycoin.conf file.

I have uploaded my config file onto mega.

Simply copy/paste the file into your USER/ROAMING/TRICKYCOIN folder then restart the client.

Pos is going to rip pow apart from here on.

Watch the blocks go.. Blink and you'll miss it.

If all else fails just follow the long long post I made when I first got it working again. I think everyone that did that is working fine right now.
Just be careful to not delete your wallet.dat

Make a copy
