Dev are you sure your interest rates will help to establish Cybercoin as a viable coin for any kind of micro transactions? 82% - 823% is too massive in my opinion. I like it for a short period of time to incentivize transparency as much as possible as everybody should be willing to disclose how many coins he or she has in total. But I cannot imagine how it will be helpful in the long run if you really want this to be a serious project.

It will mostly depend on initial distribution, once we reach a certain coin cap we can do a reassessment of current interest rates and re-adjust accordingly.
As coin supply increases so will the difficulty to stake at a higher interest rate, this will be subject to community debate once we reach the 18 day deadline.

I am not sure what a POD would serve, there is no ICO or premine for the devs to run with, which I think would be the fail point of a POD.
Also PODS or Ratings are not proven to change anything. What is proven is that coins with fair launch have a better rate of survival and
acceptance, so today we will focus on that aspect.

It would be nice yes if dev's used their own accounts and passed tests etc but it is not going to happen. Yet anyway, if ever.

The simple thing to do is move on to another coin if you don't like any particular one there is plenty of choice.
