About google doc. Yes, may be we ll do smth. We are waiting counter bot for now. We ll see what kind of statistics it will give and in which form.

It's just some kind of protection from non-constructive posts, as "thank you", "ok" etc.
Don't worry we ll not really count each letter. But this rule can be useful in some situations, when there is discussion is it constructive post or not. Actually, for now nobody complained and everything was ok.

Having a spreadsheet in the form of a Google doc is not only beneficial for the signature campaign manager who manages the campaign but also for the campaign's members since they can check it to see how many posts they have made, their enrollment status, their payment rate, etc. Personally, I think it's a good idea to have this kind of information readily available for members to view unless the bot will be like Bitmixer.io's in which case it should be able to provide updates in real-time without the need for a publicly viewable spreadsheet.
