The forum software doesn't allow newbies to have links in their signatures so unfortunately, that precludes most signature campaigns from accepting newbies. Once you become a junior member, you should be able to add a link to your signature. The payouts only really start to become significant once you're a full member though since only their signatures support color and more attractive designs.

This. 777coin is great for newbies. The only other major sig campaign I'm aware of which accepts newbies is the Bitin.io one which is owned by the same people who also run 777coin:

Alternatively, it might be better to just wait until you're a full member before joining a signature campaign. Those who aren't full members get paid very little for their posts, although I guess if you're used to playing with faucets then the amounts might seem pretty significant.
