Assuming you mean how many coins are generated in a single block I think SolidCoin has some funky adjustment algorithm so it's variable.

The last I heard mining wasn't even close to profitable.

However many King RealScam decide it is and even that isn't stable because he has complete centralized control over the network and can force any change he wants (which he has done at least a half dozen times). 

Of course that "answer" assumes you are asking about the coins sent to the miners not the royal king's tax or the coins minted out of thin air without any hashing which go to the royal wallet (CDF).
