WTB 1 blade for S3+ and 1 board for SP20

i got a antminer s3+ that 1/2 board is dead, and same thing with a SP20
so i`m looking to purchase these parts to replace them, i already contacted Bitmain and Spond. and these gready people actually want more than half the price of a full working unit ( when they had them for sale ) + Shipping

70$ Is to much, it`s the asling price of bitmain, i can get a full s3+ for around 100$, so i was thinking around 40$ shipped for the s3+ board.
