Right now I want to sell 4 BTC, but the idea is to do this more times, I receive Bitcoins regularly and want to have a trusted place where I can receive USD in my paypal |

Virwox, although fees are high. Can I ask why you are set on paypal? If you have a bank account it would be much easier and cheaper.

Bank wires are restricted in certain countries most of the times and require a lot of verification, and I dont like that. |

As far as a website/exchange that is the only one I know of. You can trade with people, but the issue is, they can send you the money for bitcoins and then later reverse the transaction leaving you with nothing. What country are you in? |

If you want to sell your bitcoins for paypal, you can try this user: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=643881.0Trusted member and he have done alot of transactions. If you're really looking for a site then Virwox is a good site for paypal. |

I personally use Localbitcoins. There are a bunch of people who buy btc at a good rate, and I've never been scammed once. Except this one time, when this d-bag tried to scam me. But it was fairly easy. It's a reputation based system, and it uses an escrow system. Could be worth looking into.

Just post in the currency exchange area so a trusted member on this forum can buy BTC off you for paypal. Best way would probably be
localbitcoins.com where you need verification and bank accounts but in the end at least you'll sell it

Localbitcoins could indeed be a option but you could also look for a legit trader that is maybe into helping you out with this.
