if you need it fast there is a site called circle, otherwise any exchane can do it, but some of them require id

You can't buy Bitcoins with your "Phone Credit". If you have "Credit/Debit Card" try buying at Circle. |

Try Coinbase wallet, they integrate feature to buy/sell bitcoin instally And this feature is available on their mobile wallet  He is trying to pay with his mobile phone credit not throught mobile wallet. I don't know about any sutch service and even if there would be, they would charge HUGE fees. |
The only online casino on which i won something. I made 17mBTC from 1mBTC in like 15 minutes. This is not paid AD!

If your country/language is in the local forum (or you can open a topic for your local language etc) you can create a topic about it.
For instance;
"[WTS] X GSM Company's Y Amount Credit For Z BTC"
X: company name like Turkcell etc.
Y: 10 credits, liras etc
Z: equal or less amount bitcoin to the credit
I think your local prepaid gsm users may be interested in this offer.
Otherwise there's no way to buy btc with your gsm credits.

I think that the only way is to search someone you know with BTC and then make a deal with him/her.
There is no company which will do that.

Not too sure what you mean with phone credit... If it's a prepaid card try cryptothrift.com - sell cheap. Or try coinbase app/circle. |

As far as I'm aware, there is no service that allows you to buy btc with your remaining phone credit. If you have any spare pre-paid cards, you could try selling them for btc. |

Phone credit? Is it airtime that you mean? If it, then i know there is a site that can accept phone credit for a voucher to redeem bitcoins at a trading site.... But... Sadly it's Indonesian site  But i still don't get it about your phone credit |

Currently the best you can get is Coinbase . They offer SMS service that works with any phone or network (more info here https://www.coinbase.com/sms_service?r=53d63ba9fc7964914600000b). After verifying your number and setting up a PIN simply send a text using one of the preset shortcodes. If you are an existing Coinbase user, you need to enable SMS access in your account (see supported countries https://www.coinbase.com/global?r=53d63ba9fc7964914600000b). Please note that you can send an SMS to buy bitcoin with Coinbase, but they will debit your primary bank account not your phone bill! |

You can't buy Bitcoins with your "Phone Credit". If you have "Credit/Debit Card" try buying at Circle. If he is in Africa it may still work. Lots of people there use phone credit as money. |

You could use the Coinbase mobile app in order to buy Bitcoins with your cell phone. I do not know if you can buy with the balance you have.

He can't buy from exchange sites. Seriously, how do you think that he can send phone credits to exchange sites?
He should open a thread in Marketplace forum. There's no other way to convert them into Bitcoin.
