If they're just creditless VCCs how to load them with credit?

Inside the .zip or .rar is the PDF file, they are mainly used for bypassing verification, and not for buying , but if you want to buy ,you can load them, ask any seller in here and he/she will load them for you, they are fully functional.

Hey mates, I stumbled upon this same PDF on how to create unlimited VCC instantly. I was just lucky, one of the options inside gives you a free VCC preloaded with $3. I used it to verify PayPal and logged. EPP Code is accessed online. Best of all, there are up to 6 other alternative options for free VCC. And why couldn't I share with you? Hmm, here is the Link.

I have even given one for free (check my feedback) , my negative feedback from Tomatocage was left when I was a newbie, the other one is from a weirdo Quickseller.

Anyway I have to check if I still have this item or if it got deleted from me.

You were selling info on how to commit fraud on paypal -  I'm surprised you didn't get banned for that alone.

Wow this forum keeps surprising me, some people think its a monopoly where only a few people are able to sell or trade and exchange.
Ok at the beginning I didn't follow any rule ,just wanted to make that quick buck, those posts have been deleted and now I offer very good service as you can see from the feedback received after my guides of hacking brought me all the negative feedback. I understood the hardway, its no DEEPWEB in here.
