This has been said many times. A ponzi SCHEME is a scam, but a ponzi game however is not. Everyone knows its a ponzi. If there is a robbery game, like GTA V or Payday 2, is it still a crime, even though it says it plain in the open its a game about theft?

The problem with your site however is that it is obviously a ponzi scheme but does NOT advertise and clearly state they are one, so people will automatically trust it less and know that you are lying and hiding something. Maybe you are lying or hiding other things, if you don't clearly say its a ponzi game.

Well yes you can conclude that a ponzi is a scam, but the point of this is gambling. You either lose money or gain money. You get in first and you will probably make money. Get in last and you will be more risky in making money. Its not a scam, its just gambling, the owner is not scamming anyone unless he actually runs away.

Yes, I agree with you about that . Ponzi itself is not a scam but, in reality most of the owners of the Ponzi site fraud. They intend deceptive since in

their minds when they decided to set up a Ponzi site. Including objective and subjective reasons. Therefore, investing in high precaution or keep away

from it if you do not have much experience with it because then it will scam sure the problem is when ?
