I've received about 10,000 satoshi after playing a few games.  Not sure what the actual payout is per game but you need a score of 300 in order to receive a payout.  They need to do a better job of explaining.

Anyways, there's a referral code.  Not even sure what the payout is on that either, but if you feel like putting it in, mine is "wzhiba".

If not there are other threads where people are suggesting a game and then others will play for BTC.  Its a little risky that people wont pay you which is why you should play for a low amount.  I've tried gambit.com and its really cool but the traffic is very low.  I've also suggested them to update games such as pool etc.

Not sure if this was in response to the game that I posted (80s shooter), but it is free.  You don't need to make a deposit to play.

So now that I've played the game a few times, I can confirm that the payout is about 3900 satoshi for every 300 points/coins collected in the game.  There is no withdrawal fee and it is sent to your wallet as it is earned.

Whether or not you put me as a referral, I'd check it out if you have an Android device.

Ah that sucks.  Maybe you can use one of the web-based Android emulators if you're interested.

The game play is a little weird, but I've made over 100,000 satoshi in maybe 2-3 hours of playing.  It pays out a lot more than Coin Flapper and each time you win it automatically sends an individual payment.

The app is called "Coin Flapper".  It's a game that is similar to Flappy Bird, which is no longer available, and does pay bitcoin.  Search for it in the google playstore and look for the blue logo of a bird with a bitcoin logo in the middle.
