but ill just buy some shares on glbse and get dividends while my coins are doing nothing Tongue

Have you ever wondered how this works?

yes, glbse is stock exchange with bitcoins...

you pay a person/fund whatever for shares in the company, you get dividend in return for your investment. And you can sell the share to other people if you dont like it anymore...... And i am in tyggr bond P....

Well, technically speaking, your coins aren't "doing nothing", they're off making the person you invested with money, a chunk of which they send to you, as thanks, and payment for the use of those coins.

You guys have fun! I'm going camping for the weekend. When I come back I expect 2x up or ~$10   Cheesy
I hope your camping trip is amazing... because coming back is going to suck. $7.5/BTC as I'm posting.

I don't understand the warning sign. Can you elaborate a little more about why that wasn't just a small fluctuation and nothing more?

New daily low from MtGox just now: 7.58

August 17. High: 15.40 / 2 = 7.7

Bitcoin has now dropped by more than 50% since the peak.

uhh... you did your damn math wrong.

If it take 114 days at $15 dollars, it should only take twice as many days at $8.50. That 228 days, not anywhere near 1011

Be humble!

i know.. i did that earlier at home... basically i am just throwing numbers.. but it is around there..

1000+ days to break even.... then 115days before the "CRASH"..

Depends on what your overhead is.  If you make $0.50 profit per day at $8.50, you'll make significantly more profit per day at $15 (until the price/difficulty ratio catches up).

I was honestly tempted to buy at 15 because people are saying it will go up to 20 or 30... good thing buying bitcoin is as hard as going to CVS store.. lol

So are we going back up past $15.40, or is this just a temporary correction before we go even lower? Discuss.

If the previous pattern holds, and the last one was "burp 2", then this is the spike. That's a lot of ifs, though.

Why does it feel like 15 was the spike to me >.<
