Hello troybeags,
Thanks for setting up the Euro-pool!
But i got a problem: My miner found a block yesterday evening (about 23:45 GMT+1). The block was not orphaned, but i did not get paid!!! At this time i was the only miner on the pool (and still am), so clearly the block was found by me.
Obviously the payment went to another adress (NXwZhBqbYH17G3LzM6qXnokii7YePSQkrt). My adress is NLkyYAbNz6VwfEVdMTeSi8paiirK6p8nxw.
Can you please explain?!?
Thanks and regards, djoser.

Hello djoser, Thank you for your concern, and sticking with the pool I have looked at the block in question 395387 not exactly sure why you didn't receive the credit for that block. I think it maybe that there was few miners on the pool for that current round. And they contributed more shares for that round. I will send you the block reward minus the pool fees as a good gesture Regards Troy here is the transaction hash 0773c20824b348493ff89cde5a5496df3cfb038ce71ce3e2bc1e220570950308

Hello Troy,
thanks for the quick reply. My mining software clearly shows that there was a block found.
Your software must somehow record how many miners were working on a specific block for calculating the rewards, right? So it should be possible to determine who contributet how many shares on a block. At least this is what believe how a mining-software works, but i can be wrong since i am no expert.
But you are absolutely right that there could have been other miners for a short period of time, but you could check the graph stats which shows the quantity of miners for the period of time in question.
As long as this data is stored long enough, of course...
The reason why i stick to this matter is that i want to help you getting rid of software errors, so the pool becomes stable and reliable. So please investigate the reason why that happend!
I appreciate your offer of paying me anyway. Thank you very much! If it turns out the blockreward really doesn't belong to me i offer to refund, of course.
Greetings, djoser!

Hello djoser, unfortunately the stats aren't available for that round any more. One thing I can tell you is that for the current round you have 100% of the shares. hopefully you find another block soon  Yes that's is how it works when it comes to round shares. As your hashing power is quite low you wouldn't have submitted as many shares to that round. Please keep the payment, and hopefully your luck is in your favour soon.

WOW djoser, found another block. With your hashing power you must have excellent luck I have included screenshots of the round shares that were submitted for that block, and also the details for the pending block.

Hey Troy, and that's the way, aha aha, i like it... Thanks for the information. I just saw it in my mining software, too. The only thing i was worried about, is the fact that a few minutes later a second miner (~500 Gh/s) appeared on the pool. But this time there is absolutely no doubt that the block reward belongs to me Let's see if the payment goes through flawlessly after the block is hopefully confirmed. I chose your pool, since it was quite new and gave me the opportunity to "solo-mine", since i am too stupid to configure my wallet and mining-software for solomining under ubuntu. I tried it several times, but did not get it working. Many greetings, djoser.

Hey Troy,
Thanks a lot for the 20 DEM, it's appreciated!
But: What about the block that was found about 10:50 (GMT+1)? The stats show that i was the only miner when block was found. Should be block 399220. Was it mined by me?
If so, where is the reward, i only received 12.641127 DEM. The majority went to NYaGHsLDLdc2MWBxXJpqPsCCLyLBY72LpC. Was he mining at the time the block was found, because he does not show up neither in quantity of miners per pool, nor hashrate stats.
Greetings, djoser!
edit: i just found out that when i switch to "stream" on the worker per pool graphical stats i can see a second miner until you restartet the pool. So he probably found the block. But why is his hashrate not displayed?

Not sure about that block, there are only 11 confirmed blocks and 2 orphaned blocks on the pool. the block numbers are as follows. confirmed: 397046, 394879, 394909, 397031, 394881, 397683, 397903, 397912, 395387, 394908, 399119 orphaned: 396733, 397581 I am working on some code to have these stats displayed on the pools webpage. So as for block number 399220? not sure. if you visit the block explorer for the pools wallet address you can see what blocks are from "Coin Generation" and the other blocks numbers are just the blocks in which the payments have been processed within. http://crypto2.net/dem/address.php?chain=1&addr=Ni6Ajbp2G5Q3cchzL1aDH61qy8PKJH5KtAI have the stats for block 399119 which was the latest block found which shows the shares for that block, it shows you have about a quarter of the total shares for that round about 12.5DEM which is apx. what you received. Hope this clears it up. Hopefully next block you find, you are on your own... Regards Troy

Hi Troy! This explains a lot! Thanks for putting up with me Since there is no way for your miners to find out about found blocknumbers, i went wrong about the number, researching it on my own. Your explaination about the information in the blockexplorer was very helpful for me, not doing the same mistake again. So thanks! Keep up working on the website, i'm curious how it will develop Yours, djoser!
