So far what I found that following currencies have their own real time bitcoin exchanges...
USD, EUR, CNY, INR, CAD.
I am not certain about GBP, JPY & AUD. Can anyone provide info about them ? I would also like to know whether any other major currency have their own real time bitcoin exchange.

North Korea for sure.
Also all those small countries that no one remembers, like Nepal or Mongolia.
And of course countries where BTC is forbidden, like Ecuador
Yes you are right. I am from Nepal but i have some bitcoin but that is only near 1btc. The main problem is the income here and also how internet are being used here to surf Facebook and YouTube only. We don't have any bit coin exchange service here.

Is there any exchange in India?
I haven't seen any exchanges yet in India, I visited India 6 months ago, but for my surprise I couldn't find a single shop where they accepts bitcoins as a mode of payment, the only thing in demand in India is Credit Cards, majority of the people use credit cards for making payments.

India does not have bitcoin exchange because the central bank is very much against cryptocurrency. They shut down the only exchange there, BTCXIndia, and Indians banks do not deal with bitcoin exchanges. This is common is other countries where bitcoin is essentially banned.
