No refund from betcoin.ag

Hi, as the title will tell you about my case with this company of scammers.

On March 30, I played two single bets of a match suspended for abandonment by the total bet 4.66mBTC, in the terms of service of these impostors is clearly written that for abandonment / suspension of a match after 24 hours should be issued refund but i have not seen anything after sending emails and talked to the support. I kindly ask the admin to report the site and return it as not paying.

That is a respected site i am not sure that they are intentionally ignoring you or scamming you from 5mbtc, you just need to wait and have some patience. My bet is you have sent like 5 mails and they are going to make you wait because i would as well.

So Then,
First: I have not sent 5 emails but I was patient and waited 24 hours.
Second: After 24 hours I contacted support and suggested sending an email to these bets and still have not received it a miserable response and a refund.
Third: Instead of saying stupid things if you do not know, go to comment on the other post.
