lowering the amount wont let you get any loans. You're not the first to ask for small types of loan and people get fed up with it

I'm curious, the USD amount of the loan you're asking for is about $0.77.  What kind of gift card do you think you're going to get with that?  You can't scrape together what amounts to less than a dollar without asking someone on a message board?  I hate to call you a scammer, but you're 99% likely to be a scammer.  Ask a friend for the money if you have any.
