Can we know the reason why it got red trust? Can you prove ownership of it by signing a message from an old btc address that the account has posted atleast 3months ago? How much negative it have?

People are buying accounts primarily to be able to participate in signature campaigns right away with new account. Account with negative red trust is banned from participating in 99.9% signature campaigns.
There is literally no way for you to remove your negative trust either. So buying flawed account like that is good for trolling attempts only... you won't get ROI from it.

Lender hasn't logged in in a long time and another person who placed
the neg trust has been marked as a scammer as well and left the account
