Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Well you sure don't sound like a safe bet for a woman looking for financial security.

You are in a maze of twisty little passages, all alike.

You lost at most 25%, if you bought at the very peak and sold at the very bottom. I'd say you had bigger problems before you lost all your money in BTC. Or you're full of it. Roll Eyes

Did you invest at a high price and did not sell out, and still sitting on the coins, or did you invest at a high price, then panicked and sold at a lower price and lost out ?

Hope it all works out well, though case with the ladies.. Can't live with'em and can't live without'em..

So you're saying his wife left him for another reason?

Next question, is he happy or sad his wife left?

That's assuming he's even married, which seems unlikely.

Actually she left him because she had grown tired of living in his mom's basement.

Dude. Sorry. Are you okay?

Hardforks aren't that hard. It’s getting others to use them that's hard.
