While I think 5870s are better suited to my configuration, I may be able to use 5970s. What are you asking for them? What kind of MH/s are you getting? Most of the stats I've seen don't match up to a 5970 equaling 2 5870s in mining performance.

I'm in a position waiting for something better (price on 79XX series going down, BFL hardware available, etc.)

For these you're looking at a price of $320 on the good end, to get easier, $340-$350

I just wanted to add that I purchased these cards from gnar1ta$, and although the delivered product had some issues (cards were more beat up/less functional than expected), he was very communicative, super understanding, and we renegotatied a more acceptable price.

If you have the chance to do business with him, I would defintely recommend it.
