yup cannot cash out, the money has not been returned yet. I'm very sorry for your loss (3500 $).
I'm sure your sympathy is appreciated, but whether this is a loss or not is not yet certain.

pirate is going to cash out! But when i get the bitcoins from bitcoinmax they are just worth like 8 USD because everybody starts to sell his savings. So I try to get my coins a little bit faster!
Those coins we're already prepared to be locked away, a lot of them will end up being spent on BFL asics and other investments

*sigh* Why don't you just combine them all together into one account and use it from now on? It makes the most sense. Otherwise, you can transfer the 300 BTC to me and I'll transfer the 285 back if that's what you would like to do.

bitcoinmax cant withdraw the coins until pirateat40 pays them back. SO if pirateat40 fails my coins are lost. So i want to loose just ~ 30 BTC instead of all my 300 That's quite a pitch for potential buyers...

So basically you're saying that you're not going to get anything back, but you're willing to sell that nothing for 285btc? You'd be better off auctioning your loss. I'll start, 2btc!

Last I checked, the going rate for Pirate debt is 70% of face. I would imagine the 19 bitcoins counts, since if it's paid at all, that would be paid too. So I get a market value of 225 BTC. You're asking for 90% of face. I don't think you'll find a buyer at that price.
