As Bitcoin matures there is going to be some landmark cases. Legal Precedents made.   are there any treads on this site talking about legal cases involving bitcoin? I read an interesting article http://www.quora.com/Is-Bitcoin-legal

have anyone herd of cases of bitcoin being used as a security?

There is a sub forum under 'Bitcoin Discussion' for legal issues.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=74.0

If you're not excited by the idea of being an early adopter 'now', then you should come back in three or four years and either tell us "Told you it'd never work!" or join what should, by then, be a much more stable and easier-to-use system.
