That is not good if they put the balance back on your account to build your hopes up and then not withdraw it i can't see it mate, pretty sure they will honor your balance in the end.  Because the site cannot really continue if not can it.

Time to jaxxx it up.

Yeah, weird all the smaller debts got paid pretty fast. How was the old owner offering 200% deposit on 1 btc if he can't cover these debts?

Not that I don't want guys to get their withdrawals because I do! But I don't understand what the point is paying of the pennies and leaving the pounds to pay. The site can't really continue without paying dude his 2btc. Maybe give him a cut of the site if they can't afford to pay it, sure he would be very happy with that Smiley Yeh that offer should be excluded for now lol

Time to jaxxx it up.

No, I'd never want to join phil in anything. And looks like he's still there and was probably him paying people. He made it clear in his email he wasn't gonna pay me for spreading FUD :-)

Weenfan has been paying people too. Me being 1 of them. Talk to him. Maybe he can find out more info for you about your withdraw. He may not be able to do anything. But for me, he is showing that he is trying to help. Phil on the other hand....eh...

I was a semi-regular player on cryptopoker.  I’ve deposited twice, and cashed out 4 times in total without issue.  I am not affiliated with them, don’t know who the new owners are,

I think the biggest issue with this site was not due to their dishonesty, it was because of their own ignorance which made them a target for dishonest players exploiting the site in any way they can.  Two issues that I know for sure were exploited were the automatic 5 chip bonus for new players, as well as a Roullette game with a bug (not sure details of bug but something to do with betting negative chips or something)  Both of these issues were eventually corrected, but it’s safe to assume there are/were more.

Which brings me to the point of making an account posting here.

I believe truong registered the account “catreflex” and deposited on cryptopoker for the sole reason of defrauding them by exploiting a bug in their roulette game.  I think most likely he discovered the bug under another account which was previously banned for fraud.

I do not have proof or exactly what the bug is, or if it;s somehow related to previous roullette bug, but I wanted to provide the community with the details of why I believe he is a scammer pretending to be a victim.  Many of the details were given to me by him directly.  Unfortunately I dont have the chat logs - perhaps if he denies any of this they can be recovered.

On April 28th, he posted on this forum:

“Does this site actually pay? I mean can they really afford 180 chips per bet on their roulette? For example their dice max profit is 35.
I feel any money won on their roulette will be a waste of time.”

That same night he deposited around 50-60 chips (1 chip = 0.001 btc) and turn them into 1000 chips in “4 or 5 spins”.

He then made several comments in the chat saying he thought this was a scam site, and was just going to try to lose them all.

Then he played  another 4 or 5 spins, and got his balance up to over 3000 chips (3 bitcoin) and immediately requested a cashout.

In total, after depositing, he made less than 10 spins turning ~55 chips into 3000 and requested a withdraw.  No poker, just 10 spins.  This is all while posting on the forum, and in chat, setting up the perfect opportunity for cryptopoker.eu to show how trustworthy they are by paying him quickly.

It’s the way he behaved, and what he said that has me convinced he planned everything out.  He wanted to convince everyone that the issue was a bug which allowed him to bet too much.  While this may be true, he knew that a mistake like this would still entitle him to be paid, and also distract others from whatever the actual bug he was exploiting is. He also made sure the site was aware his intention was to deposit much more, he was just testing them out to see if reliable and expected to be scammed but didnt care about such little money.

I decided to research a bit, and look through his past posts on this forum.  The first thing that I considered a red flag was a post in the pocketrocketscasino thread.  He was complaining about another player (username: Melds) not being paid their balance.  I can’t remember exactly what he said, but he was bashing them in an attempt to pressure them to pay melds.  The owner posted that this player had been exploiting the faucet to the point that he was responsible for 86% of the the total faucet payout while creating multiple accounts to move money around.

I confronted truong with this in chat, and he responded that the owner had negative.  Within minutes however, truong had deleted all of his posts in that thread.  When I asked him why he was deleting posts, he said it was because he thought that dean (owner of poketrockets) was actually a good guy.

It wasn’t till later that I realized that the truong and melds were ranked #1 and #2 on the cryptopoker roullette leaderboard for total bet.  I see melds has posted as well in this thread, and it appears he has also profited from the site.

Finally, I am not defending the way Admin handled the situation overall. They brought it on themselves by not planning and testing out their software before opening it to the public and could of came up with a much better way of dealing with the issues once they realized them.

Ah, the light is beginning to shine out now. I wish they was some way that you could post timestamps with bets/threads/comments. This does sound like he knew about the exploit and was as you said, trying to "ensure" his withdrawl would be processed. This same sort of incident happened on Betcoin when someone found a bug in betting on sports bets that have already been played/won/lost. If this is true, and I'm not saying that it is or isn't, then the money won should not be sent. Maybe someone out there can shine some more light on this with information if they can produce any. Would love to know the real story on this.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=910134.msg10506990#msg10506990
read that. was not pressuring anyone to pay anything.
and doog summed it up perfectly https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=910134.msg10509816#msg10509816

He installed a limit on faucet after I was the only whale using it.  I was pissed about the mute... but wtf does this have to do  with this you shill? gtfo with your bullshit.

also, I'm like no where near the top two of all time won on roulette, stop smoking maybe?
I bet 600 lost 300 and won 300.

That newbie account rofl

also, idk anything about any chats, but from what was posted it looked like phil was trying to cover up that roulette had no bugs and he was trying to make it seem like there was, so it looks pretty bad on him.

Anyways since my name was mentioned I had to clear this shit up. I was paid Idk wtf is going on with the rest, I already left my 2 cents, so use your best judgement.

Does not seem like you didn't care about the faucet, and it does not seem like nothing happened.

86% of all faucet claims made are from you. You claimed the faucet over and over to send to other accounts to build up enough that at least one of the times you just cashed it out.

Faucet is only there to attract new users or give regulars a little something to do while waiting about.

Melds has been over exaggerating. He didn't wager the amount claimed to get the faucet. He had already wagered that before I put the faucet up.
But that amount does allow him to claim the highest amount from the faucet, which he repeatedly claimed every 5 minutes all day since it went live. 86% of all faucet claims were by him and he cashed out some without even playing. Sorry but that's not the purpose of the faucet.

...I was mad about the dumb mute.

He installed a limit on faucet after I was the only whale using it.  I was pissed about the mute...

Seems like you were pissed about being banned from faucet?

"very disappointed" so what? I wasn't mad. I got mad and starting going at dean AFTER he muted me, you shill.

lol you are 100% shill. I had 200 wagered on a melds39 acc there and more on melds acc.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=910134.msg10506548#msg10506548

And I was never ever not paid on PRC. And that was in February, I play at Bitdice now, why are you even trying to ring this up? You are a shill for Phil I bet.

retard stop posting shit out context. also if you click all time on leaderboard look what happens:

what was your point? 600 total won + losses i was up about 300. I really don't see what point the shill is trying to make... keep me out of your bullshit lying phil. Not my fault you got caught lying about your roulette spins

That newbie shill is annoying rofl. Quoted me saying 200 wagered, which it was on my main accounthttps://i.imgur.com/k7IPHAt.png?1 + more on my alt... as if it it's supposed to discrete me? I don't get what point this shill is trying to make.
The faucet thing was stupid and it's been over forever ago. I had 200 wagered on my main and claimed until dean put a perma limit. Get over it. I got .04 from faucet, gave the site 5 btc in losses. Get over it shill.

In my first post, I was clear that I was explaining what happened on April 28th. (or shortly after)

After you disputed my claim, I provided screen shot for proof labeled "Here's the leader board from the night in question:"

You posted ss of leaderboard as of 10 minutes ago.

You're doing a better job of proving my point than I ever could.

I won't be responding to you anymore unless you decide you'd like to carry on like a civilized human.

I posted all time leaderboard. If someone wagers on monday they will be on top as it resets. stop trying to shill.

and why would I want to converse with a shill with an agenda? I got paid, somehow so I really don't give a shit about the site. I'm not gonna remove my neg rep because you brought up past bullshit. Convo closed.

Either way, roulette was ok and the owner got caught lying about it. That should be the main point.

There's no attempt to even try to honor the wins it seems, so let's let the site die I guess.

Would it be ok if i contact Terry Dowding to speak with him about getting you to stop posting your users personal information after they use your website?
Terry Dowding from california
prob leases it out to the guy running paycoin
if hes posting personal info, you could call this guy and tell him he's abusing the domain name and if he don't clean it up I'll sue him for defamation

Thanks for laying this out Smoker. I didn't follow the story too closely, but your description loosely matched my supposition based on all the messages flying back and forth.

Gamblers are a scummy lot, by and large. (Myself included ... lol.) At the bottom of the heap are the mechanics - guys who run around looking for the angle. It makes sense that as all these bitcoin casinos race online to get rich at the expense of online gamblers, some will stumble. And the mechanics will pounce ...

So in this instance the mechanics lied and slandered in a desperate effort to get paid off. Not the best move, in my view, but their concerns were well grounded - many/most online casinos will try to get out of paying such rewards. In the mechanic's shoes I would have made my claim quietly, and perhaps even considered a settlement of some kind. As it is, now they may get nothing. Poor decision-making has a price.

Poker is my game, and I hated to see this site fall. The principals were good to me, honest with prompt payouts, and they made an honest and diligent effort. I would play on their site again anytime. I hope they can shake this off and come back.

That said, it is hard to pick sides in the quarrel/payout question. When I think about Phil Ivy taking millions from casinos in baccarat via edge sorting ... I'm just thinking if the casino plays sloppy, they should pay their price. Do online casinos get a waiver? I'm not sure they should ...
