Yes it is a fee, as sell price has to be lower than buy price, it is an exchange.

i think you must start accepting other countries like algeria, tunisia... and let them at least order a virtual card
only virtual card i know that you cant ship plastic to this countries but at least virtual

We are working even to be able to ship them to these countries. But now you can try to order a virtual card.

Sorry but my girl friend from Tunisia tried many times to order a virtual card she didn't get it
When she send a support ticket they answer here with negative she can't get a virtual visa she didn't ask for plastic she only need virtual that's all

What do you mean? You can top-up the card via many methods, like bank transfer, cash, but all goes through SpectroCoin.

How long should I wait to receive an answer for my support ticket ? I have been waiting for more than 10 hours ! Ticket no. : 77149. It is about a deposit that does not show up in the balance even after the tx get dozens of confirmations !

I doubt cards can affect environment, but here the issue is more about issuing bank, not the country itself

In Spectrocoin account, under wallet for deposit options I do see "Add Private Key". I just want to know how it works.

If it works same as blockchain.info bitcoin address (like we have access to private key), then it might be a very advantageous feature. Because it would definitely save transactions fees as well as the time delay usually we face with waiting for transaction confirmations.

No, it is a bit different, as it is an option to paste your private key and initiate transaction to your SpectroCoin wallet, so all funds from you address would be transferred to your SpectroCoin wallet it is more a solution for people who just want to "import" their private keys to SpectroCoin without using any other software.

the deposit was added to my balance finally after more than 12 hours. I still do not understand why did this long delay happen although your site said the transactions need only ONE confirmation. thanks for your help and I hope this delay won't happen again

Plox decrease the minimum card load to $5 or something. Not 11.42 USD. 11.42 is also such an odd number...
