Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

You basically sign a message from your Address for anyone with the phrase and address to check, to make sure you own that address.
But your signature won't be valid collateral for this loan, since you asking for 0.1, and the total money received on your address is only 0.7

I believe your account would make a better collateral, good luck with the loan ^^

You ask the signature runner to pay to the lender any income you have until the loan is fully repaid. Both the person who runs the signature and the lender must agree.
It makes sense for the lender to assign a unique address for the repayment so the signature runner can check whether the repayment was sent. But of course everything is agreeable.
