There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

free domain, newbie account, this is screaming a scam.

So what if its a free domain, I want to assist the bitcoin community but at the same time I don't want to lose a lot of money on domain hosting

Ive hosted a couple of contests before and stuff and never scamed anyone, instead I gave away more bitcoin then I had said

you can't ask that we trust your service, if you have bugs in your web. Correct them before start the service.
