if you mean what will increase bitcoin price or spread

then you need adoption, better security, and regulation

something like EFT and block halving will speed up the process

Basically yes. People exchanging (buying/selling) is how the current bitcoin price is established.

But once more people learn about bitcoin and find it useful, then the demand will increase and price should go up (+ many other factors).

Every 210000 blocks, the block rewards is halved. It was originally BTC50, now it's BTC25, and soon it will be BTC12.5
