Hello,

I've been mining for several hours with the MTred pool. On the dashboard I can see my BTC estimation raising but NMC balance, processing and estimation stay at 0.

Is it normal ?

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

MtRed suspended NMC mining a while back.  Check the MtRed thread in the pools section.
You are in a maze of twisty little passages, all alike.
