Hi, it's Lorenzo here. I've contributed to this community for almost 1.5 years now and have made almost 500 posts so I figured it might be a good idea to start my own escrow service.

Basically, I'm providing an escrow service that is probably best suited for smaller, simple trades. I will generate a secure address to hold your funds and then release them once both parties in the deal are satisfied.

My service is probably not ideal for transactions that involve accounts (for example the collateral of a loan) since I don't have a lot of experience in those types of trades, nor anything that involves physical collateral. I might consider sig campaigns and IPOs/ICOs on a case-by-case basis but as I said, this service is really more intended for smaller, simple trades.

If anyone is in need of such an escrow service, feel free to PM me and drop a note on this thread. Smiley

EDIT: Offer is no longer available.

To start an escrow service, it is better to have zero fees.

I guess this is true. Many of the more popular ones right now seem to have zero fees.

What? I'm Lorenzo, not Laszlo. Laszlo was the early adopter who spent 10,000 BTC on couple of pizzas. I'm a (comparatively) late adopter who didn't really get into Bitcoin until late 2013.

You're definitely right in saying that the escrow market seems pretty much saturated at this stage with many of the big players offering 0% fees. I did a lot of reading on Bitcoin security over the past year and I feel I have good security practices in place but if the 0.8% fee turns out to be too much then I might relaunch the service at a later time with no fee and tips instead.

EDIT: Also one advantage is that I might be able to offer escrow for IPOs/ICOs for a 0.8% fee although this would depend on the complexity of the IPO/ICO (e.g. simple NXT-style IPOs should be no problem).
