Afraid of pirateat40's "500K bitcoins", sell sell sell. This is ridiculous! Do you really think pirateat40 still holding coins ? When 100K of BTC can move the price by quite a sizable percentage.. someone supposedly disbursing 500+K is worth discussing. It is really that simple if you speculate or are interested in watching. |

Exactly.
Ponzi, no ponzi it is a large portion of the float.
Now if you are right and they have long since been sold you can buy with confidence at this price and profit from the fear. The market is going to be in fear mode for the next week. Fear that Pirate will tank the market (to repay his investors with devalued coins) and fear that many of his investors will sell BTC the split second they get coins because they only had coins because it was the only way into this HYIP.
In a week or two either those fears will be founded or unfounded and the market will settle down.

I still not fully understand the whole topic, but if he/they expected to buy back in cheaply this could end bloody - if we start rebounding here and he/they would have to chase the price. (Just a thought as i have read on an other thread that these pirate was claiming to be able to bring the whole market down to a dollar)

The only ones who should be scared are the ones that sent him their Bitcoins, and I don't see those scared.
All others would be scared even with a chicken screaming, so, I don't think it's fair to blame Pirate.
