No. And never, ever sell bitcoins for Paypal to anyone else either. They can do a chargeback. If you're in the UK there aren't very many selling options. You can sell direct via localbitcoins, but again there's some scam risks. You could also look into bittylicious.com which links you to other buyers. The most painless way would be via an exchange. There are a couple of UK exchanges but you'd be better off going with a European one like Bitstamp or Kraken as they have the volume and they're pretty slick. Stick your coins on there, sell them and then get them to do a bank transfer back to you.

don't use paypal, use circle instead, which is kinda like paypal but there is no chargeback it's very easy and fast to use, you load your money and transfer them to evryone in the world by deciding the currency(your country currency or bitcoin), and circle will do an automatic conversion

I'm not so sure circle can be used here any more. You buy from it for a little while when it launched but I think they closed that loophole. I might be wrong though. It would be wonderful if it did work outside the US.

Your Q appears to me as a bit incoherent. Bitcoin mining has nothing to do with using bank !!! If you want to trade, i.e. buy/sell in UK, try www.LocalBitcoins.com or www.100bit.co.in

I've used Kraken in the past, and they worked fine for me. I'd use them again.

Maybe you can use localbitcoins is good for sell or buy bitcoin with local bank. Or using any Exchanger like http://coinfloor.co.uk. Localbitcoins is great - just make sure to review the other party's reputation before trading to avoid any problems

There are numerous services especially in the UK. As others suggest try localbitcoins if you're in an urban area. Anyway, I would still suggest you set up an account at an exchange and perhaps have this connected to your bank account.

Only if you use completely trusted exchangers. Else you can get scammed.
