While I don't have experience in that specific area, it looks straight forward enough.
I just did a little research into it and its no different to designing any other UI, so I'm sure I could put something nice together.

I like your work, will you be able to customise wordpress themes? Basically, it's the CS.
In addition to this, if you could create vector illustrations based on flat ui, I'd really appreciate it.

Yep no probs, customising WP themes is an easy one for me, markup, css and js if need be.
And the vectors shouldn't be a problem either, just so long as you give me a reasonable brief.

Hmm, maybe 1 coin & ill code the front-end interactivity too, utilizing backboneJS or angularJS.
Usually my rate is around 70-100/hour when I contract for studios. But I know not everyone has agency sized wallets, and your project looks pretty straightforward.
