Out of curiosity, is your deposit particularly large? I seem to remember it was 3-figures, which should be insignificant enough that he can at least meet an agreed payment schedule...

I would guess his deposit is about 2500 coins.

With interest it's just shy of 2500 BTC......so not the end of the world by any means.

pirate supposedly has never missed a payment....so this should be no different....if he misses this one...by his own words he would have bitlane paid on Monday (today) plus interest. I would consider this a default.
