For $25000 I'd be pretty pissed too  Wink

SSSHhhhhh........

IT'S NEVER ABOUT REAL WORLD MONEY..... it's only Bitcoins and Bitcoins are imaginary.
(although I can bet that the IRS would probably LOVE to subpoena Trendon's Mt.Gox account records....)

With interest it's just shy of 2500 BTC......so not the end of the world by any means.

What a coincidence that is exactly equal to one of these:

Somehow people think that the quoted PM that I posted from Pirate to me is faked or bullshit.

Could a Forum Admin or MOD please go into my PM Inbox and retrieve the last 2 PMs from Pirate to myself and the last 2 replies that I made to those 2 PMs, back top Pirate, please ?

Here are the accurate PMs. I haven't checked whether they equal the ones you posted. Some formatting may be off.

First off, thank you to theymos for the following:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=102079.msg1118866#msg1118866

Not any type of vindication by any means, but as I said..... I DON'T LIE.

I hate to steer off topic, but 2500 BTC is more than I'll ever see... I envy you.

Back on topic. From what little i can put together, he had made a bad assumption how he would start paying out. It seems that now, he is changing how he is doing it to go in the order of investors, which seems logical. This decision is of course AFTER he promised to withdraw your funds, returning them to you. Doing it in the new manner is of course more orderly, however, it does leave you in a tough spot.

You should be paid because of how it was a previous promise to be honored, decided before his current payout scheme.

What may have very well slipped his mind is the fact that the longer my funds are held hostage, the greater the FINAL return, thanks to interest.

He is welcomed to short me only a SINGLE BTC interest and it will result in a LOST 5000 BTC bet for him.

I complained about his level of communication and called him out for taking too long, all in public stating:

"I don't care if he closes my account..blah...blah..."

23.5 hours ago, my account reached 2476.1327857922 BTC

In 30 mins, you can increase THAT amount by an additional 1%

Its not rocket science

But just in case, he has 2476.1327857922 (and a days interest at the rollover)

What I posted is what I am was owed after midnight CST cutoff.....although now that I think about it, as my account closure would have taken place 12 hours after the interest rollover for the week, at NOON CST, my final payout should have been a grand total of:

2476.1327857922 BTC x 1.005 = 2488.513449721161 (Interest calculated up to the minute, as Pirate guaranteed, 0.5% added for noon payout)
