This was made by Roberson. Google : voting vectors or ballot vectors. This image comes up. He didn't make this either. He stole an image from Google and then added his shitty text effects.

I don't think that this is a violation of copyrights... We essentially link to images here, not use them. And given that you don't know under what licence those images were released you can't really accuse him.

You have already been told that your avatar is not for profit therefore is not copyrighted so what is that useless signature post for exactly? ThunderCatSteve just try handle this with manners and respect even for those that sometimes do not deserve it, it will show you are as good person as you are at photoshop i have seen your work and there is no doubting your skills just chill and let people be what people want to be that is their business.
