You have an offline tool that creates paperwallets offline, for most cryptocurrencies. walletgenerator.net, download the official tool.

Secure your computer, which mostly means fresh windows or other OS install, then run the tool OFFLINE (!) and you can create a random paper wallet! Works perfectly never any problems

You should only really create and use a paper wallet if you 100% trust the site you're using. Is the paranoia really worth it? If you've got a blockchain.info account you can easily create paper wallets via them so check out that to test them out.
